Shipping & Delivery

Our logistics are taken care of via Royal Mail, Tuffnells, Interlink, DPD and UKMail. Depending on the order price, value, weight and length, we reserve the right to use any given combination of postage methods, to benefit delivery time and/or costs. While we offer an option for an alternative delivery address, in order to combat fraud we may have to deliver high value orders to the billing address of the credit card. If this isn’t an option we may have to use alternative delivery methods to obtain security and/or identification. Please call us for more information. All shortages on a delivery must be notified to us within 7 days.

Privacy & Security

We take security very seriously. Our system is SSL Secured, and is PCI compliant with regards to the capture and processing of credit and debit card details. We only keep your details until the payment is taken, at which point they are removed from our system. We keep your order details (minus payment information) on our system for up to 3 years, and paper copies will be kept for the UK HMRC recommended time of 6 years, for accounting purposes, as well as guarantee and warranty issues.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns for faulty/incorrect items without question for up to 28 days from purchase. If you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from purchase date to return any unused goods to us for a full refund. You must pay return postage unless we have agreed to collect them. This does not apply to custom designs or cut-to-size options, which are considered non-returnable by nature.


Our ordering system is available 24 hours a day, and orders are processed between normal office hours (8.30am-5pm) Monday-Friday. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be processed in order of importance based on postage required, next day orders take priority over 48 hours, and so on. If you call to arrange a specific date, we will try our best to achieve this.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Promotions and deals can change often. Any codes given for discount can be revoked at any time without reason. Quotations given over the phone may not match internet prices, and promotions offered on the internet may not be available over the phone.

Changing Orders

All orders are changeable and refundable up until the point when they are despatched. Once items are despatched, there is no way for us to recall the order, and items must be re-ordered or returned. We may at our discretion provide a deliver and return service for this reason, depending on viability – and an additional charge is often necessary.

Consequential Losses
Under no circumstance are we liable for any fees or charges / counter charges relating to labour or other costs relating to goods supplied by us. We are a Mail Order business by definition, all timings given are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as most orders are fulfilled by 3rd party couriers. Relating to this, we recommend that you do not book any labour until goods are on site, checked, and ready to install to avoid any additional cost to you.
